Prior to her service at M'kor Shalom, Jennifer served as a rabbinic intern at the Isaac M. Wise Temple in Cincinnati, OH, a synagogue
similar in size and scope to Congregation M'kor Shalom. She taught there on topics from Hebrew, Torah and Theology to Mysticism
and Jewish Meditation. Jennifer also completed advanced chaplaincy training while in Cincinnati, and has served as the chaplain
intern at The Jewish Hospital. Jennifer's rabbinic thesis is on the topic of Jewish Pastoral Care: Theology for End-of-Life Issues.
She has four published essays in the new book,
God: Jewish Choices for Struggling with the Ultimate.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys reading and writing. While a student, she was active in small group
chevruta - study with
classmates. She is an avid tennis player and hockey fan.
